In short. World Pass is an independent private travel consultancy. We are not an embassy, consulate, government agency or visa application centre. We do not issue visas and cannot guarantee visa approval. Official information about Schengen visas is published by the European Commission and the authorities of each Schengen State.

1. Independent private company

World Pass Services FZ-LLC, Licence No. 47036649, is a private consulting company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any embassy, consulate, government agency, the European Union, the European Commission or any authorised visa application centre (such as VFS Global, BLS International or TLScontact).

2. No visa issuance, no guarantee

We do not issue visas, make immigration decisions or guarantee visa approval, appointment availability or processing timelines. All visa decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities of the relevant Schengen State.

3. You can apply on your own

Applicants may prepare and submit their visa applications independently, without using our paid services, through the relevant embassy, consulate or authorised visa application centre. Official application forms and requirements are available free of charge from those authorities.

4. Fees

Government, consular and visa application centre fees are separate from our consulting fees and are paid by you directly to the relevant authority or provider unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
