Registered address: CWEP9498, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

This Policy applies to this website only. The Company's main website, worldpass.ae, has its own privacy policy.

World Pass Services FZ-LLC is a private consulting company. We are not a government authority and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, the European Commission or any authorised visa application centre.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us through the forms on this website or via WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email:

name;
phone number and preferred messenger (WhatsApp / Telegram / phone call);
the Schengen country you plan to visit, approximate travel dates and whether you have previously held a Schengen visa;
any details you choose to share about your trip, nationality, residence status, visa history, employment or family situation so that we can assess your case.

Information collected automatically when you visit the website:

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language;
pages viewed, time on page, referring website or advertising campaign (UTM parameters);
cookies and similar identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not ask you to upload passport scans or other documents through this website. Documents are requested only after you become a client, through a channel we agree with you.

3. Why we use your information

to contact you about your enquiry and assess your Schengen visa case — based on your request (pre-contractual steps);
to provide our services once you become a client — based on our agreement with you;
to send you information about our visa and travel consulting services by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp or Telegram — based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time;
to measure and improve the website and our advertising — based on our legitimate interest;
to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Marketing communications

We may send you messages about our services, offers and events. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by using the unsubscribe link where available, or by contacting us with the subject "Unsubscribe". Opting out does not affect messages that are necessary to deliver a service you have requested.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

service providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality terms: CRM and messaging platforms, website hosting, analytics and advertising services;
advertising platforms in aggregated or pseudonymised form, to measure campaign results;
authorities where required by applicable law.

We never submit your information to any embassy, consulate or visa application centre on your behalf. You submit your own application through the official channels.

Some providers may be located outside the UAE. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

6. How long we keep your information

enquiries that do not become a client: up to 24 months from the last contact;
client records: for the duration of our agreement and up to 5 years afterwards, as required for accounting and legal purposes;
marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
