Terms & Conditions

In short. We are a private consultancy. We help you understand the requirements and prepare your Schengen visa application. We do not issue visas, do not represent any authority and cannot guarantee a visa, an appointment date or a processing time. You submit your own application through the official channels.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms govern the use of this website and the consulting services offered on it by World Pass Services FZ-LLC, Licence No. 47036649, registered at CWEP9498, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (the "Company", "we"). By requesting a consultation or purchasing a service, you (the "Client") accept these Terms.

A separate service agreement, invoice or written confirmation (including by email or messenger) may set out the specific scope and fee for your case. In case of conflict, that document prevails over these Terms.

2. Nature of the services

Our services are advisory and administrative. Depending on the agreed scope, they may include:

an initial consultation and individual case assessment;
a personalised checklist of supporting documents;
assistance with completing and reviewing the Schengen visa application form;
review of supporting documents for missing information or inconsistencies;
guidance on the official appointment booking and submission process;
a final review of the prepared application package before submission.

We do not: issue visas; make or influence immigration decisions; represent or act on behalf of any embassy, consulate, government agency or authorised visa application centre; or submit applications in your name unless expressly agreed in writing where this is permitted by the relevant authority.

3. No guarantee

All decisions on visa applications are made exclusively by the competent authorities of the relevant Schengen State. We cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, the availability of an appointment on any date, or any processing time. Any information about typical timelines is indicative only.

You may prepare and submit your application independently without using our paid services.

4. Client obligations

provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents;
inform us promptly of any change in your circumstances or travel plans;
review all forms and documents before submission; you remain responsible for the content of your application;
pay all government, consular, visa application centre, courier, insurance and similar third-party fees directly, unless expressly included in your service agreement;
attend any appointment or biometric collection personally, as required by the authorities.

5. Fees and payment

The initial assessment is provided free of charge. Our consulting fee is quoted individually and confirmed before you proceed. Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Our fee covers our consulting work only; it does not include any third-party fees. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Communication

We communicate by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and email during our working hours. Messages sent outside working hours are handled on the next working day. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

7. Confidentiality and data

We treat your information as confidential and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the consulting fee you paid to us for the relevant service. We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, appointment unavailability, changes in official rules, actions of third parties (including authorities, visa application centres, couriers, airlines or insurers), or any indirect loss such as non-refundable travel costs.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, design, logo) belongs to the Company and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Photographs are used under licence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you request a service applies to that service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
